Working principle of the steel pipe hose crimping machine
- The pump is powered by a motor that pushes hydraulic oil out of the tank.
- The hydraulic oil moves a plunger inside the crimping cylinder.
- As the plunger moves, it causes the die base to shrink inward, which allows the mold to compress the outer sleeve of the hose joint.
- The crimping process continues until the mold reaches a preset measurement, indicated by a micrometer.
- After crimping, an electromagnetic reversing valve is activated.
- The mold opens, completing the crimping of the hose.
How to maintain the hose crimping machine?
- The hydraulic oil in the oil tank needs to be replaced regularly according to the frequency of use of the equipment or the working environment. It is recommended to replace it once a year.
- Frequently inject anti-wear lubricating oil into the moving surface of the die base.
- When the tube crimping machine is not working, please cover the dust cover to prevent debris from entering the die base.
- It is recommended to tighten the head screw of the tube crimping machine every three months.
