How Does a PSA Nitrogen Generator Work?

The PSA (pressure swing adsorptio) nitrogen generator is a new type of air separation equipment. It uses compressed air as the raw material and carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent. It uses the PSA process at room temperature and low pressure to separate oxygen and nitrogen. Because the oxygen and nitrogen in the air has different diffusion rate  in the carbon molecular sieve, so they can be separated through PSA process. Please be noted that the purity of nitrogen and gas production can be adjusted according to customer needs.
